Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in SOC 2 certified data centers. US customers' data is stored in AWS us-east-1 and us-west-2. EU customers can opt for EU-only data residency.

Do you use AI to process my data?

Yes, we use AI for transcription and analysis. Your data is never used to train models and is processed in isolated, secure environments.

Can I get a copy of your SOC 2 report?

We are not yet SOC 2 certified — our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. We're happy to share details of our current controls under NDA; contact security@salesy.ai.
