Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET, excluding US public holidays. For urgent issues outside business hours, email us and we'll respond on the next business day.

Include your account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
Submit a Support Request
To submit a formal support case, email support@salesy.ai with the subject line Support Request. We will assign your case a tracking reference and keep you updated until it is resolved.
Phone Support
Phone support is not currently available. Please use email for all support enquiries — we are happy to arrange a video call for complex issues.
